PARTY TIMES

Lunch serving window 12pm to 3pm. 

Dinner serving window is 6pm to 9pm.

Late night serving window 10pm to Midnight.

Time adjustments can be made as long as other bookings do not conflict. 

CITI PIE arrives about 1 to 2 hours before scheduled serving time.

Sometimes parties start later than the scheduled serving time. If possible we will stay an extra hour at $30 per person.

SETTING UP
Our trailer is 14ft long by 8ft wide and we require a 20ft by 20ft area to setup. We are equipped with lights, fridges to store our fresh ingredients, a hand wash sink for our staff, and a generator to bring it all to life. We can plug into your outlet to keep things quiet.

We can park on your dry lawn or driveway. Sometimes street parking is possible, but please make sure it is legal.

Please make sure there is nothing underground in the area where we will setup. We are very careful not to harm others property and are not responsible for damage to lawn, landscaping, or anything underground.

SERVING

Usually, there is a line at the beginning of the party, however, as we get rolling, the pies begin to bake in less than 2 minutes. We will continue to make pies until everyone has had their fill. We can serve people individually or buffet style. Guests can choose from several of our pies. After the initial rush, guests are welcome to make special requests. We will try to accommodate everyone the best we can. Reminder: If you have any special dietary requirements, please let us know in advance.

DIETARY RESTRICTIONS

We understand there are many allergies and dietary preferences.
If you have any special requests such as vegetarian, vegan, or gluten, free please let us know when you book your event. 

GUEST COUNT 

Sometimes more people show up than expected. We need a final guest count 7 days prior of the event to make sure we bring enough to feed the number of people at your event. If you forget, CITI PIE will bill you the difference and is not liable for any shortages.

DRINKS

We provide canned soda, spritzers, tea, and coffee at an additional cost of $2 per person. 

PAPER SUPPLIES
We provide all paper plates, napkins, and utensils.  We are also happy to use plates that you provide.

DEPOSIT & PAYMENT
We require a $250 deposit to hold a date. No party is considered ‘booked’ until the deposit is received and accepted. Deposits are strictly first come, first serve. 

Please be prompt with your deposit or your date might be taken by another party. Deposits will be returned if party is cancelled within 30 days of notice. If your party is cancelled less than 15 days of notice, we will retain your deposit.

Full payment is due 7 days prior to your party. We prefer cash, check, or electronic payment. Should you use a credit card there is a 3% fee.

GRATUITY 
We do not require nor expect a gratuity. However, many customers want to give our staff a show of appreciation and ask for guidelines. A tip of 5%, 10%, or 15% is always appreciated by the staff for a job well done.   

INCLEMENT WEATHER

We come to your party rain or shine. We make pizza under our awning and can move our serving table around to accommodate your needs.

 TRAVEL

We operate within a 30 mile radius of our home base in Fair Lawn, NJ. There will be an additional fee of $250 to travel outside of our radius.

LATE NIGHT PARTIES

We are happy to cater late night parties, including after weddings. There is an additional $50 per staff member surcharge.

TAKE HOME PIZZA

Often guests want to take pizza home. This is not included in our price.
Guests can purchase additional pies at $15 per pie.

INSURANCE AND PERMITS

We are fully insured and take all precautions to provide a safe, family fun wood fire pizza experience. 

There is a $100 fee should your venue require us to additionally insure them. 

Should your venue require local permits such as health and fire, we will bill you for those costs.
